Who runs FirstTake
FirstTake is operated by CKAutoFlow (ckautoflow.com). For product questions, orders, refunds, or deletion requests, email hello@ckautoflow.com with your account email and order number. Never send passwords or payment details.
What we store
Sign-in is provided by Clerk, and we never hold your password. We store your account ID, credit history, top-up orders, product photos, prompts, generated images and videos, and job records. We use them to run your account and keep your work.
How your content is processed
When you use the assistant or generate an image, your photos, prompts, and chat are sent to OpenAI. When you generate a video, your images and prompt are sent to MiniMax (operated by Nanonoble Pte. Ltd.). These providers may process data outside your country, and MiniMax may use inputs and outputs to provide and improve its services. Do not upload anything you have no right to share, personal information of others, or sensitive material.
Photos are converted and their EXIF metadata removed. Your work is kept in private storage and is available only through your signed-in account.
Usage analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for traffic, referrers, and device types on public pages. It does not use third-party cookies and does not receive your photos, prompts, account ID, or sign-in paths.
Credits and payment
One credit is US$0.10 of generation. The cost is shown before you generate, and credits return automatically if a job fails or times out. Top-ups are handled by Stripe, and the amount and payment methods on the Stripe checkout page apply. Credits work only on FirstTake and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Free credits have no cash value.
Refunds
Email us with your order number to request a refund of unused paid credits. We review the top-up and usage records and process refunds manually. Credits spent on successful generations are generally not refundable. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges or credits that did not arrive. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You must have the rights to the photos you upload, and your prompts and use of the output must not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You must also follow the usage policies of OpenAI and MiniMax. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we keep job records to investigate misuse.
Accuracy of AI output
AI output can differ from the real product. We do not guarantee that shape, proportions, color, logo, texture, or text will match. Check every image and video before you list it or advertise with it. On-model images show fictional people, and they are not a real try-on, an endorsement, or evidence of size or fit. You are responsible for what you publish, including any platform rules on AI-generated content.
We do not remove provenance metadata that providers add to their output. Some platforms require it, so keep it when you publish.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your work and credit records while your account is active. You can delete product photos from the Product photos menu, and you can email us to delete your account, photos, or generated work. We keep orders and required transaction records as financial and legal rules require.
